Hi Y'all,
This class is an awesome entry into the world of radically healthful eating! It's well worth the money because Lynda Carter will feed you like royalty, to complete and utter satiation, while teaching you how to prepare unbelievable raw dishes for yourself. Her class is truly a taste bud party and a culinary delight (I attended her class in Houston so I really know what I'm talking about... YUM!) You'll also be amazed at just how good "soul food" can really be.
